Rachel is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from King’s College London in 2021 with an MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously completed a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University. She is a Polestar Pilates-qualified instructor and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). A competitive swimmer from the age of nine who represented Kent at a high level, Rachel has a deep appreciation for athletic performance and injury management, and more recently completed the London Marathon in 2023 and 2026.
Rachel takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, combining hands-on therapy with evidence-based exercise rehabilitation to help individuals return to the activities they enjoy. She believes rehabilitation goes beyond resolving symptoms — it is about building long-term health and confidence in movement. She tailors every programme to the individual, drawing on her physiotherapy expertise, Pilates training, and sporting background to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to optimise recovery and prevent future injury.
Rachel has particular interests in bone health, shoulder rehabilitation, and lower limb injuries. She has a specialist focus on helping individuals improve bone density through targeted rehabilitation and exercise-based management, and regularly treats rotator cuff injuries, shoulder instability, labral injuries, ACL reconstruction, patellofemoral pain, running-related injuries, and Achilles and patellar tendinopathy.
