Jack Musgrave

Jack is a registered physiotherapist from Australia who obtained a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from ACU Sydney before completing a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Jack specialises in sports injury rehabilitation, using a combination of hands-on treatment and individualised exercise programmes to support athletes throughout their return-to-play journey. His commitment to evidence-based practice ensures rehabilitation is tailored to each athlete, optimising recovery, reducing re-injury risk, and helping them return to peak performance.

Jack has an extensive background in semi-professional football across Australia, and his own rehabilitation journey following multiple knee injuries has given him a unique appreciation of both the physical and psychological challenges athletes face during recovery. He previously worked as a physiotherapist with Queens Park Rangers FC Academy, gaining valuable experience managing the rehabilitation and performance of developing athletes.

Jack has a particular interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries across athletes of all levels. He is passionate about helping athletes recover from injury, optimise performance, and reduce the risk of future injury through high-quality, individualised rehabilitation that combines elite sport experience with evidence-based practice.
