Nicola Lynch

Nicola is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from Brunel University London with an MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science with Psychology in Edinburgh, where she was awarded the University Medal for academic achievement. She has extensive NHS experience as a specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, and spent five years working within elite rugby environments — including Scotland Rugby, Saracens Women, and Wasps Women — as well as providing physiotherapy support at the London Marathon.

Nicola combines hands-on treatment with personalised rehabilitation programmes to help patients return to the activities they enjoy, whether sport, exercise, or everyday life. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach, integrating manual therapy, strength and conditioning, Clinical Pilates, acupuncture, dry needling, focused shockwave, and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training where appropriate. Having played rugby and volleyball herself, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding of the challenges of injury and rehabilitation.

Nicola has a particular interest in sports injuries, knee rehabilitation, ACL reconstruction, tendon injuries, running-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain, and bone health. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and exercise, helping them achieve long-term results rather than simply managing symptoms.
