Nicole is a Specialist Physiotherapist who graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is an APPI Pilates Instructor, holds accreditation in Dry Needling and Acupuncture through both the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the HCPC. Her career has spanned paediatric hospitals and emergency care units before she moved into private practice, giving her a broad and well-rounded clinical foundation.
Nicole combines hands-on manual therapy with Pilates, strength and conditioning, and gym-based rehabilitation to help clients recover from injury, improve movement, and build long-term resilience. Taking a holistic approach, she looks beyond the immediate injury to identify contributing factors, aiming not only to relieve pain but to reduce the likelihood of future problems and help clients return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
Nicole has specialist expertise in running injuries and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and laryngeal disorders, with extensive experience treating voice disorders, TMJ dysfunction, and dance-related injuries through her work with West End and television productions including The Lion King and Strictly Come Dancing. After completing the Running Repairs Course with Tom Goom, she provides comprehensive running assessments incorporating mobility, strength, stability, power testing, and video gait analysis. As a passionate endurance athlete who has qualified for the Triathlon World Championships and completed multiple marathons, she brings genuine personal understanding of the physical and psychological challenges of rehabilitation.
