Anna is a registered osteopath (M.Ost) and certified lifestyle medicine practitioner (LMCA BSLM) who trained at the British School of Osteopathy and has worked across London’s private, sports, and NHS settings since 2010. She is certified in APPI Clinical Pilates and draws on emerging research in pain neuroscience to inform how she monitors and adapts treatment. She has previously lectured on multimodal approaches to spinal health, stress, and biomechanics, and has a particular interest in how emerging health technologies can enhance clinical outcomes.
Anna specialises in spinal and complex pain presentations. Her approach combines structural osteopathic treatment with lifestyle medicine as standard — not as an add-on — with visceral and cranial techniques integrated where assessment indicates they are needed. In practice, this means a comprehensive understanding of the whole person: not just the painful part, but how they move, work, sleep, and manage stress. She works closely with a network of GPs, spinal and neurological consultants, physiotherapists, and psychotherapists, cross-referring regularly to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Anna’s clinical focus centres on neck, back, rib, and pelvic pain, headaches, and stress-related musculoskeletal presentations. She recognises that pain rarely has a single cause and looks beyond the obvious to identify underlying patterns — how the body is loaded, how stress affects the system, and how movement habits sustain symptoms. Her goal is to equip every patient with a comprehensive understanding of their body in the context of their life, shaping both diagnosis and long-term management.
