Michelle Lewis

Michelle is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from King’s College London in 2005 and spent five years working within the NHS before transitioning to private practice. She holds qualifications in mat and equipment-based Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and Strength and Conditioning, and is highly regarded by leading orthopaedic consultants and sports doctors for her management of musculoskeletal conditions.

Michelle specialises in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and movement dysfunction, with a particular focus on spinal, hip, knee, and shoulder conditions, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and hypermobility-related injuries. Her approach is rooted in treating clients holistically — integrating manual therapy with personalised, exercise-based rehabilitation to address root causes rather than symptoms alone. She incorporates Clinical Pilates and strength and conditioning principles to improve mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control, building a strong foundation for long-term health and injury prevention.

Michelle’s ultimate goal is to empower her clients with the knowledge and tools to understand their bodies, recover fully, and reduce the risk of future injury. She also has a keen interest in antenatal care, supporting clients through the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery with tailored rehabilitation programmes.
