Garry is a qualified Pilates instructor specialising in equipment-based Pilates and rehabilitation. He holds a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, is a CIMSPA-recognised Personal Trainer, and holds qualifications in Reformer Pilates and APPI Cadillac Certification. Before transitioning into health and wellbeing, Garry spent over 25 years in senior visual merchandising and leadership roles within the fashion industry — an experience that has shaped his highly personalised, client-centred approach and strong communication skills.
Garry believes that movement is a powerful tool for improving both physical and mental wellbeing. His sessions combine precise movement, strength development, mobility work, and education to help clients move with greater confidence and ease. He is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where clients of all ages and abilities feel empowered to explore their capabilities and achieve meaningful, long-term results.
