Meet Gina

Gina is a registered physiotherapist originally from South Africa, who qualified in 2015 before relocating to London in 2018. She completed her postgraduate training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) in South Africa and has since become a registered Kinetic Control Movement Therapist. She is also a certified APPI Pilates Instructor, combining evidence-based rehabilitation with movement-focused exercise to support long-term recovery and performance.

Gina takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to treatment, believing that optimising movement is key to both preventing and recovering from injury. Her treatment focuses on improving posture, body awareness, and movement control, empowering patients to better understand their bodies and achieve lasting results.

Gina has a particular interest in managing hypermobility and chronic pain, with extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She integrates hands-on manual therapy and acupuncture with targeted exercise and Pilates to reduce pain and build long-term resilience, with a clinical focus on spinal conditions, persistent back pain, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.
