How we Help
What the Assessment Includes
The Lifestyle Assessment is a structured programme covering both objective and subjective health markers, delivered across a series of consultations:
- Step 1 — 15–30 minute onboarding virtual consultation to understand your goals and context
- Step 2 — Subjective data collection — a detailed self-assessment covering lifestyle, habits, stress, sleep and wellbeing
- Step 3 — Objective data collection using a designated market-leading wearable device, tracking exercise, strength markers, sleep performance and recovery over a defined period
- Step 4 — 45-minute virtual consultation to review findings, identify areas of disconnect between objective data and self-perception, and plan targeted interventions
- Step 5 — Bespoke written report with evidence-based recommendations and supporting resources
- Step 6 — Reassessment at six weeks to measure progress and adapt the plan
Objective and Subjective — Why Both Matter
We are often unreliable judges of our own health. We may overestimate how well we sleep, underestimate how sedentary our days are, or not recognise the cumulative impact of chronic stress. Equally, data without context can be misleading.
Our programme combines wearable technology data — free from personal bias — with a detailed understanding of your individual circumstances, drivers and goals. Where there is a disconnect between what the data shows and how you perceive yourself to be doing, that is often where the most impactful interventions lie.
What We Assess
Objective Markers
- Current exercise habits and activity levels
- Strength markers
- Sleep performance — duration, quality and consistency
- Recovery from stressful or demanding activity
Subjective Markers
- Nutritional habits and relationship with food
- Stress levels and stress management strategies
- Social connection, hobbies and sources of joy
- Energy levels and sense of overall wellbeing
Ongoing Support
The programme does not end at reassessment. We offer two ongoing support options, available individually or together:
- Regular check-in programme — six, eight or twelve-weekly reassessments with a full review and progress call — tracking your trajectory and adapting interventions over time
- Weekly accountability calls — a weekly check-in to maintain focus on the goals you have set, supporting consistency and momentum between formal reassessments
Individual and Corporate
The Lifestyle Assessment is suitable for individuals looking to take a proactive, data-informed approach to their health — and for organisations wanting to understand and improve the wellbeing of their workforce.
For corporate clients, the programme provides objective insight into workforce wellbeing, enabling targeted decisions about which wellbeing interventions will have the greatest impact on productivity, engagement and absenteeism. Please visit our Corporate Health page for more information.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What wearable technology is used?
We use a designated market-leading wearable device selected for the quality and breadth of data it captures. Your clinician will advise on the specific device at your onboarding consultation.
Do I need to own a wearable device already?
No. A device will be provided or arranged as part of the programme. Your clinician will explain what is needed at your onboarding consultation.
How long does the programme take?
The initial programme runs to a six-week reassessment. Ongoing support can continue beyond this through our check-in and accountability call options, for as long as you find it valuable.
Is this suitable for corporate teams as well as individuals?
Yes. The programme is designed to work at both individual and organisational level. For corporate enquiries, please contact our team directly or visit our Corporate Health page.
Is the Lifestyle Assessment covered by private health insurance?
This varies between insurers. We recommend contacting your insurer in advance to confirm your level of cover.
