Adriana Papa

Adriana is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a deep belief in the transformative power of mindful movement. Her journey began in 2008 as a devoted Pilates student, and inspired by the method’s depth and effectiveness, she pursued her teaching qualifications while raising young children, going on to hold three professional certifications. She has had the privilege of learning from esteemed mentors including Alan Herdman, the late Anoushka Boone, and early ballet influence Daniel Lommel, and her commitment to continuous professional development has taken her abroad to train with world-renowned instructors including Lolita San Miguel, Kathy Corey, and Benjamin Degenhardt.

Adriana believes that consistent, controlled Pilates practice can greatly enhance overall wellbeing — improving not only physical function but also mental resilience and quality of life. She takes particular pride in helping individuals regain confidence and functionality in everyday movement, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, whether they are a beginner, an older adult, someone managing mobility challenges, or a seasoned practitioner.

Adriana is passionate about supporting clients at every stage of their movement journey, with a particular focus on building strength, restoring function, and improving quality of life through personalised, thoughtful instruction. Outside the studio, she enjoys travelling, swimming, skiing, and sharing her love of Pilates with her two young children.
