Eléonore Cabrera

Eléonore is a Pilates instructor of French nationality who trained as a professional contemporary dancer, graduating from the Ballet Junior of Geneva in Switzerland. After graduating in 2016 she collaborated with various choreographers, creating and touring internationally, before performing with the immersive theatre company Punchdrunk across two productions in Asia and England from 2018 to 2023. In 2021 she completed her Pilates teacher training at A-LYNE in Paris, gaining certification in Mat and Reformer Pilates, alongside her sports leisure facilitator certification (CQP Als) in France.

Eléonore is passionate about the body in motion and has developed a genuine interest in health and alternative medicine that continues to shape her approach to teaching. In Pilates, she has found an anchor that has allowed her to develop both physical and mental strength, and she brings this understanding into every session. As a former professional dancer, she has a deep personal appreciation of the challenges that athletes, dancers, and artists face throughout their careers — particularly when working with existing injuries or managing health conditions that can affect confidence and wellbeing.

Eléonore enjoys working with clients of different levels and backgrounds, and believes strongly in learning without judgement. Witnessing the personal evolution of each client and helping them achieve better health — and ultimately more happiness — through the discovery of efficient body function is at the heart of her work as an instructor.
