Available at our South Kensington clinic, the programme includes:
Echolight REMS Scan: a radiation-free ultrasound-based assessment that measures bone mineral density and bone quality, providing a T-score and fragility score without the need for a GP referral
- BioDensity Training: short, supervised sessions using the BioDensity V5 machine to apply high-intensity osteogenic loading, stimulating the body’s natural bone regeneration process
- MBST Therapy: a non-invasive treatment using magnetic resonance technology to support bone and cartilage regeneration
- Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy: clinically supported treatment for bone-related conditions including stress fractures and tendon pathology
- Bone Strength and Conditioning Programme: one-to-one physiotherapist-led sessions combining targeted resistance training and specialist equipment to stimulate bone formation, improve functional strength and reduce fracture risk
- Bone Strengthening Class: a physiotherapist-led group class designed to improve bone health, strength and confidence with movement. Classes run twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, 3–4pm, at our South Kensington clinic

We offer flexible scheduling, including early morning and Saturday appointments, for patients who cannot attend during standard working hours.
The clinic is accessible from South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) and Sloane Square (District and Circle lines). There is limited on-street parking on Brompton Road, with NCP parking available nearby.
We are also part of the wider Mayfair Health network, with clinics in Mayfair and Marylebone.

Our Practitioners
All clinical practitioners at Mayfair Health are registered with the relevant professional bodies – the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) for physiotherapists, and the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) for osteopaths. Registration with these bodies requires practitioners to maintain continued professional development and adhere to a code of conduct.
Our clinical team has experience across sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, women’s health, spinal care and performance. Several members have backgrounds working with professional sports teams and high-performance athletes, as well as clinical NHS experience.
