ABOUT MICHELLE

Michelle
Michelle graduated from Kings College London in 2005 and after 5 years working in the NHS, moved into private Practice, where she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with a board range of clients with varying needs and goals.

Michelle’s passion is in reducing pain and enabling her patients to recover from injury, move more efficiently, return to full fitness, and optimise their performance. Her area of expertise is in the assessment and treatment of movement dysfunction, and working with clients to improve their mobility, strength, and control in recovery from or prevention of injury.

She has an excellent reputation with leading Orthopaedic Consultants and Sports Doctors for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions as has extensive experience treating clients pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation, specifically spinal, hip and knee and shoulders. She also has a keen interest in working with clients who suffer with hypermobility related injuries.
She has completed courses in both mat work and equipment-based Pilates which she incorporates into her treatments, and is experienced in working in antenatal care. Michelle also has a certificate in Strength and Conditioning Training and is qualified in dry needling (AKA acupuncture). Treating clients holistically, combining manual therapy, with exercise-based treatments enables her to provide tailor made programmes to ensure her patients recover as rapidly as possible. Her ultimate goal is to arm her clients with the understanding and tools on how to make their bodies work for them, and how to reduce the risk of injury in the long term.
