Chloe is a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor from New Zealand who has recently moved to London.

She graduated from Auckland University of technology with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) and has been working in a musculoskeletal private practice setting for the past 5 years, treating a wide range of patients with various injuries and conditions. Chloe has also completed her reformer Pilates training and enjoys implementing this into her treatment.

She has also had experience working with sports teams such as the New Zealand touch blacks, the NZ Warriors and various rugby union teams.
Chloe likes to take a holistic approach to treatment and consider all aspects of her patients health to help them recover, achieve their goals, reduce risk of future injury and optimise their health.

She uses a mixture of hands on techniques including manual therapy, massage, dry needling and acupuncture, combined with exercise prescription, strength & conditioning and Pilates to cater specifically to her patients’ needs.

She believes exercise should be enjoyable and will try to push you to ensure you get the most out of your training and leave the studio with a sweat and a smile!

In her spare time you can find Chloe exploring the outdoors, going for walks, travelling, playing sport with her friends or doing pilates!
