Amanda has a background in sport rehabilitation, she has experience within the private and NHS sectors. While working in orthopaedics she quickly learned how effective Pilates could be for all musculoskeletal problems and since then looked no further. She began training in Pilates and kept on going. Since then, she has developed and extensive repertoire to get people moving and feeling well.
Amanda believes that everyone should do Pilates no matter their age, ability, or fitness level.
