ABOUT Katy–Alice
Katy-Alice started her Pilates journey 3 years ago as a professional dancer seeking a new way to keep active in lockdown. Noticing the benefits Pilates had on her own body, Katy-Alice became passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals too and gained her Mat Pilates Qualification at the start of 2022 through STOTT.
Katy-Alice provides a strong workout incorporating elements of balance and control while emphasising on challenging the core muscles with every movement. Aiming for a stronger, longer and leaner body energising you for the day. Katy will be available for Virtual Pilates sessions
