I have insurance will I be able to see a physio on my Insurance?

Yes we work with all insurance companies however we only bill Bupa directly so all the others you will need to pay on the day and reclaim back from your insurance.

I have been referred by my specialist should I bring my scans?

Yes please bring any scans or imaging you have had so that the Clinician can have a look at the images to ensure we have the complete picture of your injury.

What do I need to wear?

Please wear clothes you feel comfortable to move in, bearing in mind you may be asked to expose the injured area to complete a full assessment. We have changing room and shower facilities you are most welcome to use should you require these.

Will I be exercising?

Often it will be necessary to complete some movement based work as part of your rehabilitation so either come prepared or you can change at our premises.

Do I have to arrive early for my appointment?

It is a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes early especially for your initial appointment.

How long will my appointment be?

we recommend initial appointments to be 45 or 60minutes to allow time for a thorough initial screen and treatment.

Do you liaise with other Doctors and Consultants?

We have very good relationships with many of the leading Consultants in London and it will be important to liaise with your team to ensure we have all the information required.

Can I see Simon at any of his locations?

Yes, Simon has specific hours at all his sites but if one site doesn’t suit discuss this with his team who may be able to facilitate you being seen in your preferred location.

Can I buy sessions in bulk to reduce the cost?

Yes we offer discounts of 5% for a group of five sessions, 10% for ten or 15% for 20 sessions.

Do you offer group Pilates classes?

No, we only offer 1:1 oe 2:1 Pilates.
