ABOUT Rachel
Rachel graduated from Kings College London in 2021 with an (MSc) in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she studied Sports Rehabilitation (BSc) at St Mary’s University. She is Polestar Pilates qualified and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Her love for sport and exercise started at a young age. From the age of 9 she has competed in numerous swimming competitions and represented Kent at a high level. In
recent years Rachel has taken up running, completing the London Marathon in 2024 and
loves to continue to keep fit by strength training and Pilates. Her personal desire to keep
fit and active, drives her to help patients get back to the things they love doing.
Before working at Mayfair health, Rachel has been working in private practice, where she developed her love for Pilates. She believes that the Polestar course completely changed the way she thinks about and teaches movement. She loves to combine her Physiotherapy knowledge with Pilates to help patients reach their full potential.
Rachel takes a holistic approach in her treatment, she believes that a combination of hands-on treatment, and exercise-based therapy optimises patients’ recovery and reconnects them with their passions. Rachel also has a strong belief in enhancing her patients long term health, giving patients’ guidance and tools to aid in injury prevention going forward.
Rachel has a strong drive for treating musculoskeletal injuries. She specialises in treating shoulder and lower limbs and has been working closely with exceptional London based
consultants. Her background helps her to treat a variety of conditions and is tailored to
each patient.
