ABOUT Elise French Voysey
Elise is a New Zealand trained Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor, now based in London. Elise brings over five years of hands-on experience across musculoskeletal, sports, and post-surgical rehab settings in the private sector. She has a strong manual therapy background and implements various modalities to her treatment plans, having completed advanced training in myofascial release, and mobilisations with movement, also implementing dry needling as required.
Her sessions are tailored, progressive, and grounded in current evidence, with a clear focus on restoring function and building long-term resilience. A session would typically blend manual therapy with clinical pilates, mobility or strengthening to help clients move better, feel stronger, and recover with confidence.
Elise particularly enjoys treating neck, thoracic, upper limb and spinal-related pain as it relates to refining movement and posture patterns, or headaches.
Outside the clinic, she’s passionate about hiking, swimming, biohacking, and travel—always exploring new ways to support wellbeing and performance.
